Think Different !!!!!!!!!

It can be a dilemma to decide on one particular kitchen design for your kitchen. You have to consider several things such as storage space, lighting and whether you should have an island or not. Whatever you decide on, make sure that your kitchen reflects your personal touches. Family Oriented Kitchen - If you spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking up dinner for the family, you might want to consider an open concept and seating for your kitchen island. Position your kitchen next to a den or family room so you can have family nearby while you slave it in the kitchen. Consider placing the TV in the den within view from the kitchen. Small Kitchen – For a tiny kitchen design , consider a galley type of design where you can line up kitchen appliances in the counter that you use often. Place counters on each side. One side can be a long island where people can eat and where the cook can prepare meals. A 2-step kitchen with counters or cabinets on both sides makes everything within reach. Baker’s Kitchen – If you love to bake often, you should have a lot of counter space and an island. Baking involves using a number of kitchen equipment such as beaters and oven pans. Have a contractor create a kitchen design with strategically positioned cabinets and drawers with all your baking utensils in the island. Electrical sockets should also be provided for electric beaters, etc. Kitchen for the OC Chef – If you are a little obsessive compulsive when it comes to neatness, you should have a highly organized kitchen. Consider fitted cabinets with a pull-out pantry. Design a modern kitchen with streamlined cabinets and appliances. Built-in appliances and fitted kitchen cabinets will reduce clutter. Kitchen with Pizzazz – You can have a kitchen with a modern design and add some character to it. Hang wall art in your kitchen and place an area rug or floor runner on the floor. Add a slash of color like red, orange or some other striking color to your kitchen decor. Place some herbs in pots on the kitchen counter. Add life and a personal tough to your modern kitchen design.
